Botox vs Daxxify: Which Lasts Longer?

FACE Injector Training Launch at The Face Loft In Pennsylvania

The world of aesthetic medicine is growing quickly. Patients are asking for natural, subtle results, and they are more educated than ever about who they trust with their faces. Behind every great result is an injector who understands anatomy, safety and artistry on a deep level. That kind of expertise is not built in a crowded hotel ballroom or through a single demonstration. It is built in a real clinic, with real patients, guided by experienced mentors.

To meet this need, The Face Loft is proud to introduce FACE Injector Training, which stands for Future Of Aesthetic Clinical Education. FACE is a new, in person training program based at The Face Loft’s Cranberry location in Pennsylvania. It is designed for licensed medical professionals who want to build or advance their injectable skills in an active, established medspa setting.

Led by nurse practitioners Beth Panizales, CRNP, and Sean Riek, CRNP, FACE brings together high level clinical experience, a strong safety mindset and the natural aesthetic style The Face Loft is known for. Training is available now, with sessions offered on select Mondays and Saturdays so participants can fit education around their existing clinical schedule.

Why FACE Injector Training Was Created

Many new injectors share a similar story. They attend a basic course that looks impressive on paper, but when they return to their practice they still feel unsure. They watched injections on a screen, treated one model area and left with more questions than answers. They did not see how injectables are used within a full treatment plan, how to navigate patient expectations, or how to handle complications confidently.

FACE Injector Training was created to close that gap.

At The Face Loft, injectables are part of a thoughtful, inside out approach to facial rejuvenation and skin health. Patients present with unique anatomy, medical histories and long term goals. Each treatment plan is built around safety and harmony, not trends or overfilled features.

By bringing education directly into this environment, Future Of Aesthetic Clinical Education gives trainees a realistic view of modern aesthetic practice. Participants see consultations from start to finish, learn how to set expectations, and understand where neuromodulators, fillers and biostimulators fit within a long term plan. Rather than a one size fits all lecture, FACE focuses on small groups, real cases and practical clinical pearls that can be used the very next week.

Meet The Instructors Behind FACE

FACE Injector Training is led by two clinicians who are deeply committed to patient safety, education and mentoring.

Beth Panizales, CRNP, has more than 30 years of nursing experience, including over 20 years as a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She started The Face Loft in 2013 to blend her acute care background with aesthetic medicine, creating a distinctive, clinically grounded approach to injectables. Beth is a national trainer for both Galderma and Revance and is widely respected for her focus on detailed facial assessment, advanced techniques and rigorous safety standards. Her aesthetic philosophy centers on balance and natural looking results that respect each person’s unique features.

Sean Riek, CRNP, brings a complementary background that includes aesthetics, pediatrics and emergency medicine. This mix gives him a strong understanding of safety, patient communication and the realities of clinical practice. Sean has extensive experience with cosmetic injections, laser treatments and acne management. Within FACE he helps participants connect technique with real workflows, demonstrating how injectables fit into comprehensive care for both adults and younger patients with skin concerns.

Together, Beth and Sean provide a training experience that feels approachable and supportive, while still holding a high bar for technical skill and ethical practice.

Inside The FACE Curriculum

FACE offers a structured pathway from observation and fundamentals through advanced techniques and customized immersion. While each session is tailored to the group, the core curriculum includes several key tracks.

Observation Only

Observation sessions allow participants to shadow Beth or Sean as they conduct full consultations, design treatment plans and perform injectable procedures. This is ideal for those who are curious about entering aesthetics or who want to see how a busy medspa operates before injecting themselves.

Foundational Neuromodulator Training

The foundational tox track focuses on beginner neuromodulator concepts. Participants learn how to assess and treat core areas such as the frontalis, glabella and orbicularis oculi. Emphasis is placed on dosing, injection patterns, patient selection and safety checkpoints so providers can deliver straightforward treatments with confidence.

Foundational Filler Training

The foundational filler track centers on safe, reliable techniques for enhancing lips and cheeks. Trainees learn how to evaluate facial proportions, choose appropriate products and perform injections that enhance rather than overpower natural features. The goal is to build strong fundamentals that set the stage for more complex facial balancing later on.

Advanced Neuromodulator Training

For more experienced injectors, the advanced tox curriculum explores treatment of additional areas such as brow lift strategies, gummy smile, bunny lines, nasal tip, hyperhidrosis, TMJ, mental crease, trapezius and platysmal bands. There is a strong focus on understanding functional anatomy so that advanced results can be achieved without sacrificing safety.

Advanced Filler Training

The advanced filler track moves into complex zones, including marionette lines, temples, jawline, the piriform area and the chin. Participants see how careful work in these regions can transform overall facial harmony. Topics include product selection, layering techniques, cannula versus needle approaches and avoiding high risk zones.

Biostimulators And Advanced Biostimulators

These sessions explore collagen stimulating treatments such as Sculptra and Radiesse, along with dilute and hyper dilute protocols. Trainees learn how to design longer term regenerative strategies that support skin quality and structure instead of only treating isolated lines.

Customized Training Days

For injectors with specific goals or case types, FACE offers customized training days. These can be built around particular areas of focus and may include work with up to four live models selected to reflect the needs of the group. Customized days are ideal for experienced injectors who want targeted feedback and refinement.

Across the entire curriculum, Future Of Aesthetic Clinical Education keeps the spotlight on safety, anatomy, ethical patient selection and natural outcomes.

What To Expect On A FACE Training Day

FACE Injector Training takes place inside The Face Loft’s Cranberry location, giving participants an authentic look at life in a successful medspa.

Each day is intentionally kept small so every participant has meaningful access to the instructors. There is time to ask questions, review cases and practice techniques. Models and product are provided, which allows trainees to focus completely on learning and patient interaction rather than logistics.

Participants receive a clinical workbook that outlines anatomy, injection depths and important reference notes, which becomes a useful resource after training. Upon completion of their session they are awarded an official certificate of completion for their records and credentialing.

To protect patients and maintain a professional environment, a valid medical license and a signed nondisclosure agreement are required for all participants.

Training On Mondays And Saturdays

The Face Loft understands that many medical professionals carry full patient loads already. To make high quality education more accessible, FACE trainings are offered on select Mondays and Saturdays.

This schedule makes it easier to:

  • Travel from other parts of Pennsylvania or neighboring states
  • Attend without significantly disrupting existing clinic hours
  • Plan education blocks well in advance and implement new skills quickly

Because sessions are small and in demand, early planning is encouraged for anyone interested in particular dates or curriculum tracks.
