Beth’s journey with her son’s cleft palate showed her the power of expert care. That’s why a portion of every purchase at The Face Loft®️ supports The American Cleft Palate Association. We believe that when we look better, we feel better—and when we feel better, we do better.
Beth’s guidance and leadership established us as the practice we are today. Her youngest child was born with a cleft lip and palate, which in many places can mean a lifelong sentence of deformity. Luckily, Beth and her son met with a surgeon who developed a plan that involved a series of surgeries spread out over the course of several years. Beth saw her son blossom and grow as he transformed, and he still continues on his journey to this day.
Beth is so very thankful for the skills of Dr. Costello and others like him. That is why a percentage of all The Face Loft®️️ proceeds are donated to The American Cleft Palate Association. The American Cleft Palate Association is a highly reputable medical organization that, in addition to developing quality of care standards for Americans, has international treatment programs providing care to different regions of the world.

Beth Panizales, CRNP
Beth has over 30 years of nursing experience, with 20 of them spent as a Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-BC) from the University of Pittsburgh.
She began working at The Face Loft® in 2013 when she desired to merge aesthetic interventions with her Acute Care Nurse Practitioner practice. She wanted to offer a distinctive approach to aesthetic therapy by combining her specialties. Beth has been trained in numerous advanced aesthetic techniques, is a national trainer for Galderma and Revance, speaker for Galderma and Merz and continues with rigorous advanced training.
Her approach is to achieve natural looking results while using the most advanced techniques and safety protocols. In addition, she utilizes her experience in acute care to enhance her delivery of aesthetic procedures.
As a true artisan in the field of aesthetic medicine, Beth will focus on YOU and the results you prefer to make age truly just a number!
Sean Riek, CRNP
Sean Riek is an experienced nurse practitioner. He has a background in aesthetics, pediatrics, and emergency medicine.
For Sean Riek, the call to medicine was a family legacy. Growing up under the guidance of his grandfather, a dedicated Family Physician, and his grandmother, a compassionate nurse, Sean saw firsthand the profound impact of a life spent in service to others. One of his most cherished memories, captured in a favorite childhood photo, is of his “Mimmi” showing him how to use a stethoscope. It was in those moments that his journey began, fueled by a natural desire to care for people with the same heart and dedication his grandparents modeled.
Sean began his own professional healthcare journey in 2013. His foundational years were spent in the high-stakes environments of Cardiac Care and Emergency Medicine, where he developed an unwavering commitment to clinical safety and a gentle, patient-first bedside manner.
While working as a Nurse Practitioner in Pediatrics, Sean cross-trained in the world of aesthetics and discovered a new passion. He witnessed the transformative power of aesthetic medicine, not just in physical appearance, but in the radical boost of confidence it gave to patients. This inspired him to specialize in advanced cosmetic treatments in 2021, merging his medical precision with a true artisan’s eye.

Tara Hepler, Aesthetician
She has been in the industry for over 25 years. She specializes in managing skin conditions with our laser treatments and specific facial treatments.
Tara is a licensed Aesthetician. Her goal is to help patients achieve their skin goals through the use of our incredible technologies, medical-grade resurfacing facial treatments, peels, lasers, microneedling and medical-grade skincare.
Tara loves meeting new patients and guiding them to what their short and long-term goals are. An earnest listener, she believes each person is unique and that skin protocols can vary greatly from patient to patient. Tara looks forward to meeting you and helping you on your aesthetic journey!
Katie Bouch, RN
Katie brings over 22 years of nursing experience to her practice, with a deep-rooted passion for patient care and wellness. She spent 15 years specializing in transplant ICU nursing, developing expertise in critical care and complex patient management. For 7-8 years of her career, Katie served on the rapid response team, providing life-saving interventions in emergency situations. Beyond the hospital setting, Katie is a certified postpartum doula, supporting new families during one of life’s most transformative moments. She also founded Eating Well with Katie Rose, LLC, where she combines her clinical expertise with her passion for health and nutrition to help others live healthier, more vibrant lives. What drives Katie most in her work is the opportunity to make people feel good about themselves. Whether she’s caring for patients in critical situations, supporting new mothers, or coaching clients toward better nutrition, Katie’s approach is always grounded in compassion, empowerment, and genuine care for each person’s wellbeing.
Lauren Parrish, CRNP
A wellness-focused nurse practitioner, Lauren uses her years of experience to advocate for her patients and provide them with the care they need.
She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Gannon University and then went on to earn her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification at Carlow University. Lauren aims to help her patients create a healthier and happier version of themselves and has extensive experience in critical care and cardiac surgery care. She’s passionate about educating her patients and staying up to date on the latest advancements in the industry and loves how much The Face Loft®️️ aligns with those beliefs.
Alexandra Graham, FNP
Alexandra Graham is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in functional wellness, hormone optimization, and medical weight management.
She currently practices as a Nurse Practitioner in long-term care, where she focuses on chronic care management and develops individualized treatment plans for complex medical conditions. Alex’s goal has always been to take a more personalized, patient-centered approach—looking beyond symptoms to understand the full picture and create care plans tailored to each individual.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Alex worked as a paramedic and later in the cardiothoracic intensive care unit (CTICU), where she developed a strong foundation in critical care medicine. She now brings that same level of precision, safety, and clinical expertise into her wellness and aesthetic practice.
Alex has pursued advanced training in functional wellness, hormones, and weight loss, allowing her to offer a comprehensive and customized approach to care. She combines medical knowledge with a refined, individualized strategy to help patients improve energy, optimize metabolism, and feel their best.
Her approach is centered on personalized care, using thoughtful treatment plans and evidence-based therapies to achieve results that are both effective and sustainable. Alex focuses on YOU—your goals, your lifestyle, and your long-term wellness—to create outcomes that enhance confidence, balance, and overall quality of life.
Izzy Rolin, Aesthetician
Izzy is a licensed aesthetician and graduate of South Hills Beauty Academy, where she built a strong foundation in advanced skincare techniques and treatments. She specializes in customized facials, laser treatments, microneedling, and enhancing natural beauty through brows and lashes.
Izzy is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin by creating personalized treatment plans that target individual skin concerns. Whether you’re looking for results-driven treatments or a relaxing glow-up, her goal is to give you an experience that’s both effective and enjoyable.
