Training Tracks From Beginner To Advanced
F.A.C.E. offers flexible tracks so you can build your skills step by step.
Foundational Track
• Observation Only
Spend the day observing live injectable treatments with Beth or Sean. See real consults, product choice, technique and patient communication in action.
• Foundational Tox
Beginner neuromodulator training focused on core areas such as frontalis, glabella and orbicularis oculi. Ideal for providers new to toxin or with limited experience.
• Foundational Filler
Beginner dermal filler training with emphasis on lip and cheek rejuvenation, assessment and safe injection techniques.
Advanced Track
• Advanced Tox
Advanced neuromodulator applications such as brow lift, gummy smile, bunny lines, nasal tip, hyperhidrosis, TMJ, mental crease, traps and platysmal bands.
• Advanced Filler
Advanced dermal filler techniques for marionette lines, temples, jawline, piriform and chin with a focus on facial balancing and harmony.
• Biostimulators
Training in biostimulatory products such as Sculptra and Radiesse and how to integrate them into long term treatment plans.
• Advanced Biostimulators
Advanced protocols including dilute and hyper dilute Radiesse for contouring and collagen stimulation.
Customized Immersion

A tailored experience that can be structured around your specific goals and up to four live models. Ideal for experienced injectors who want targeted coaching.
Meet Your Instructors
Beth Panizales, CRNP
Beth has more than 30 years of nursing experience, including over 20 years as a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing aesthetics at The Face Loft since 2013 and is a national trainer for Galderma and Revance. Beth is known for her meticulous eye, natural looking results and strong focus on safety, anatomy and advanced techniques.
Sean Riek, CRNP
Sean is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in aesthetics, pediatrics and emergency medicine. He has extensive experience with cosmetic injections, laser and acne treatments, and brings a practical, patient centered perspective to training. Sean helps injectors understand how injectables fit into a comprehensive approach to beauty and skin health. Together, Beth and Sean combine high level clinical expertise with real world experience running a busy aesthetic practice so you learn what actually works in day to day patient care.

- Official certificate of completion for your records and credentialing
- Hands on training in a real medspa environment at The Face Loft Cranberry location
Copy of your medical license and a signed NDA are required for all participants.
