48-hour cancellation Policy

Please be aware that, should you need to cancel your appointment, you need to do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file, or if the card on file is not functional, you will be required to pay the $150 fee before you can book any future appointments.

late arrival policy

These are medical procedures with associated risks. Should you arrive late to your scheduled appointment and time does not permit us to safely perform the desired treatment, we will not jeopardize your wellbeing by rushing the service, and you will be charged the $150 cancellation fee.

no-show policy

If you do not come in at all (“no-show”) for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the $150 cancellation fee, and you will be barred from booking future appointments. We thank you for your understanding.

Gift Card Expiration Policy

Gift cards expire 1 year after purchase. During this time, you may use your gift cards on any products or treatment we offer.

Gift Card transfer policy

You may give a gift card in your name to someone else if you yourself are unable to use it. Gifts cards used in this way still cannot be redeemed more than 1 year after purchase.
